Conference room will be provided during your conference from 9Am to 6 Pm. Conference Equipments will be provided. Meals will be veg and served in buffet at our Baza Restaurant. Other activities » Liquor, if consumed, will be charged extra as per bar rates. Terms and Conditions » The booking is confirmed only on payment of 75% as an advance amount. Balance of payment to be made at the end of function. » Cheque to be drawn in favor of "Airport Motel & Baza Restaurant". » The payment would be made according to the minimum number of pax as given by you or as per actual number of persons, if more. » Facilities like laundry, taxi service etc would also be charged as per actuals. » No liquor allowed during party in lawns. » We don't serve non-veg neither allow from outside as this is a vegetarian complex. » This package is valid till Mar 31, 2011. » In case of rescheduling or cancellation of the group booking the client/company would be liable to make the total payment of the booking according to the minimum number of pax as given by yourself.
