Tickets Terms And Conditions

• AapnoGhar Water & Amusement/Activity Park is a no smoking and no alcohol zone. Smoking and liquor consumption is strictly not allowed in entire premises.
• We do not allow stag entry. We permit entry only to families, groups through schools, colleges, corporate entities and other institutions.
• Timing for Amusement & Water Park is 9:30AM to 7:00 PM. Lunch time for ride operators is 2 PM to 2:30 PM.
• Wrist bands will be given to all guests so as to facilitate them repeated entry/ exit to Aapno Ghar Amusement Park, Water Park & Activity Area.
• Total no. of persons will be counted by wrist bands.
• We request you to obey the instructions mentioned at each ride/activity and also take necessary precautions at the ride/activity. All the swings/ rides/activities of AapnoGhar are well maintained and secure to ride, but in case of matter of chance, Airport Motel/AapnoGhar is not liable to pay for the damages/casualty caused. Guest will be solely responsible for bearing the cost and risk of life in case of mishappening. Therefore, guests are requested to accompany the children on every ride/ activity in Amusement, Activity & Water Park.
• While we try and ensure safe & smooth rides, please do not jump or board on moving rides/activities to avoid being thrown off. They may seem slow moving but they are prone to jerky movements.
• We request your patience in listening to our facilitators/ ride operators / life guards and following their instructions during rides and activities.
• Please take care of your valuables. Airport Motel/AapnoGhar will not be responsible for loss of any belongings of guests.
• Pets are not permitted in our premises.
• Please do not point arrows, gulels or darts at each other or at animals or remove them from their respective assigned spots.
• Guests are not permitted to pluck flowers & leaves.
• We don’t serve non-veg. neither allow from outside as this is a vegetarian complex.
• In case of any dispute, Airport Motel/AapnoGhar reserves the right to make final decision.
• Airport Motel/AapnoGhar Management reserves the right to change the given rates at its discretion. Please confirm latest rates before visiting or finalizing reservation.
• All disputes, between the above parties regarding this booking will fall under the legal jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts. No other courts other than Gurgaon court shall have jurisdiction regarding this booking.

Refund Policy:

• All bookings are non refundable after booking is generated.

Hotel Terms And Conditions

• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every guest (Indian & Foreigner) staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Adhaar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN card is not acceptable as a valid ID proof.
• Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa.
• The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
• Any increase in the tariff due to change in taxes will be charged to the guest and will be collected at the time of check in.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by AapnoGhar. The standard check-in time is 12 Noon and the standard check-out time is 10:30 Am. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation.
• We don’t serve non-veg neither allow from outside as this is a vegetarian complex.
• No liquor allowed in our premises.
• Facilities like laundry, taxi service, mini bar items etc would be charged as per actual
• Pets are not allowed.
• Mineral water, beverages or any eatable other than in room booking would attract extra charges and should be cleared before check-out.
• Any damages to our room electrical fitting, sanitary ware, fixtures, appliances furniture, linens and breakages of cutlery and other utensils and damage of any kind, In the hotel premises will be billed to the guest(s)or group in charge, upon check- out at 10:30am.
• All disputes, between the above parties regarding this booking will fall under the legal jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts.
