Terms & Conditions:

  • AapnoGhar Water & Amusement/Activity Park is a no smoking and no alcohol zone. Smoking and liquor consumption strictly not allowed.
  • We request you to obey the instructions mentioned at each ride/activity and also take necessary precautions at the ride/activity. All the swings/ rides/activities of Aapno Ghar are well maintained and secure to ride, but in case of matter of chance, Aapno Ghar is not liable to pay for the damages/ casualty caused. Guest will be solely responsible for bearing the cost and risk of life in case of any mishappening.
  • While we try and ensure safe & smooth rides, please do not jump or board on moving rides/activities to avoid being thrown off. They may seem slow moving but they are prone to jerky movements.
  • We are open on all days.
  • We do not allow stag entry. We permit entry only to families, groups through schools, colleges, corporate entities and associations.
  • Due to technical fault, overcrowding, rain, no use of ticket etc. money is not refundable.
  • No ill mannered guest will be entertained in our premises. Management reserves the right to refuse service or expel any guest.
  • Unaccompanied children are not permitted without parents/guardians.
  • This package is available with effect from March 22, 2021 till 15th May 2021.
  • Swimming costumes are mandatory to avail facilities in water park. Costumes / Towels /   Lockers / Tubes are available with us on rent or guests can bring their own.
  • Cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
  • Rights of admission reserved.
  • Outside food is not allowed inside the premises.
  • We don’t serve non-veg neither allow from outside as this is a vegetarian complex.
  • Wrist bands will be given to all guest to avail the inclusions of the package.
  • All the meals included in package would be served in designated area.
  • In case of any dispute, AapnoGhar reserves the right to make final decision.
  • All disputes between the above parties regarding this booking will fall under the legal jurisdiction of Gurgaon Courts.

Refund Policy:

All bookings are non refundable after booking is generated.

HOTEL T&C

Hotel Policy:

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every guest (Indian & Foreigner) staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Adhaar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN card is not acceptable as a valid ID proof.
  • Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Any increase in the tariff due to change in taxes will be charged to the guest and will be collected at the time of check in.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by AapnoGhar. The standard check-in time is 12 Noon and the standard check-out time is 10:30 Am. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation.
  • We don’t serve non-veg neither allow from outside as this is a vegetarian complex.
  • No liquor allowed in our premises.
  • No rides and activities of the Amusement & Water Park are included in this room tariff.
  • Facilities like laundry, taxi service etc would also be charged as per actual.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Mineral water, beverages or any eatable other then in room booking would attract extra charges and should be cleared before check-out.
  • All disputes, between the above parties regarding this booking will fall under the legal jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts.
  • Our Amusement Park is closed on Saturday 24th November 2018.
